Exterior Resurfacing
Resurfacing is an effective solution best suited for foundation walls that have surface level deterioration, that has not penetrated deep into the foundation wall.
EC Foundations begins the resurfacing process by excavating down to the base of the exterior foundation walls. We then remove all deteriorated and friable concrete from the walls. Our experts then clean, prepare and resurface the foundation walls using an appropriate concrete mix ideal for resurfacing. This not only restores the foundation walls, but also acts as a new surface for our waterproofing membrane to properly adhere to.
